Terms Of Service

Everything you'll need to know before commissioning me.
(Subject to change)

By commissioning me, you are acknowledging and accepting all information listed below.

General Information

  • My work is NOT to be used for any commercial purposes.

  • I hold the right to decline any commission at any point in it's progression, whether this be for listed or unlisted reasons.

  • You must not remove my watermark under any circumstance. If you view the watermark as too obtrusive to the piece, please ask me to change it (at no additional cost).

  • I will not give refunds after the piece has been finished. I have already put my time and effort into it. Fair's fair. (For more info on refunds, see Refunds section below).

  • Small edits can be made to the piece if necessary (at no additional cost) during the drawing process. Please notify me of this ASAP so I can change it before progressing too far.

  • If you plan on uploading my art elsewhere, please credit me using my username

Payment Method

For the foreseeable future, invoice via PayPal will be my only method of receiving payment. Sorry for any inconveniences!

Payment Process

Payment will be made upfront. I will not progress past a sketch until I receive this payment. If you are unable to pay upfront please do not commission me.As a side note, I always enable tips on the invoice. Any tips are GREATLY appreciated!! But don't feel like you have to!

Commission Process

During the commission process, I will keep you updated with progress images as I work on it, and/or as per your request. Requested progress images may take some time to be sent to you depending on my schedule (Other work, sleep, etc.)If you are yet to pay me, no more than a watermarked sketch will be provided to you as evidence that I have started the commission.

Deadlines

At the top of my main commission page you will see an estimated turnaround time. Due to school work and general life events it's very difficult to be specific about when I'll have your commission finished.If you wish to have a commission finished before a certain date please let me know ASAP. Obviously the sooner you let me know the sooner I can start on it.It is not 100% guaranteed that I will be able to stick to your deadline. In the event that I can't, I will inform you as soon as possible and we can work out an alternative.

Refunds

If a piece has already been completed, you are not eligible for a refund.If a piece is still in progress and you decide you do not want it completing. Contact me immediately and you will recieve a partial refund (amount refunded will change relative to my overall progress on the piece)

Refusal of Service

General:
- I have the right to refuse you my commission service at ANY time. Whether this be at point of first interaction, before payment, or after payment.
- I have the right to refuse you for ANY reason, but I have listed some possible ones below.
- If I refuse you service after payment, I will follow my aforementioned refund process.Possible Reasons for Refusal of Service
- Unclear reference sheet to the point where I cannot distinguish the character design and if written descriptors cannot suffice
- Any requests to draw hateful symbols or other inappropriate imagery
- Being found to have any negative history with other artist's commissions
- Refusal to pay your invoice, or trying to negotiate set prices
- Trying to rush me, or pushing unrealistic due datesAdditional InformationIf you wish to appeal any refusal of service, please message me. If you have been blocked you are not eligible for an appeal, please do not attempt to contact me again.If I deem any client to be a potential threat (e.g scammer) to other artists I will be letting others know.I try my best to be easy to work and communicate with! However I do need to set boundaries in order to filter out any unpleasant clients :)
